You may cancel your bikini or beachwear order for a full refund if it hasn't entered our extended processing phase (typically within 4 hours of purchase for seasonal inventory checks). Your satisfaction with our swimwear is our priority. You may return or exchange any bikini, cover-up, or beach accessory within 21 days of delivery—our extended policy accounts for vacation schedules and multiple try-ons. Exchanges are available for the same item in different sizes/colors or for new styles of equal value from our current collection.
All swimwear must be returned with original hygiene liners intact, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached (including our signature UV-protectant hangtag). For sanitary reasons, tried-on bikini bottoms without protective liners cannot be accepted. Cover-ups must show no signs of sunscreen or tanning product stains. Returns must use the original dust-free packaging or equivalent protective wrapping to prevent saltwater/sand damage during transit.
Exchanges require the returned item to meet all above conditions. For size/color swaps, we'll ship your new selection within 7 business days (allowing for quality checks on seasonal inventory). For style exchanges, choose from our current collection—limited-edition prints may have restricted availability. Price differences will be adjusted via refund or additional charge. Note: Final sale items marked "Last Chance" are excluded from exchanges.
A $9.95 return shipping fee applies for non-defective swimwear returns, covering specialized handling and quality inspections. This fee is waived for defective items (e.g., broken clasps, manufacturing flaws) or our errors (wrong item shipped). International returns are subject to additional customs fees. Exchange orders ship free within the continental U.S.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 12-18 business days of receiving your return—this extended period ensures proper inspection of swimwear hygiene and construction. You'll receive email confirmation when (1) we receive your return, (2) inspection is complete, and (3) refund is issued. Seasonal promotions may affect refund amounts for discounted items.
Custom-sized or monogrammed swimwear cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on pierced earrings or intimate apparel. During peak season (May-August), allow 72 hours for return processing updates. All sale items marked "Beach Clearance" are final unless defective.
If your refund hasn't posted after 18 business days: (1) Check with your bank—some institutions hold refunds for 3-5 additional days. (2) Verify you returned to our correct seasonal return center (address provided in your RMA email).
