All beach-ready orders are carefully processed within 4–7 business days after confirmation. During peak summer months (May-August), processing may extend up to 10 business days due to high demand for our seasonal collections. You'll receive email notifications at each stage of processing, so you can plan your beach outings accordingly.
Shipping begins once your tropical treasures leave our warehouse. Domestic (U.S.) orders typically arrive within 8-16 business days via standard shipping. International destinations (including beach paradises like Australia, Europe, and tropical islands) take 14-28 business days, accounting for customs inspections and island logistics. These extended timelines ensure your delicate swimwear arrives in perfect condition.

For those last-minute beach getaways, we offer priority expedited shipping. This service ensures your swimwear is processed within 2 business days and shipped via premium carriers to coastal destinations worldwide.
Expedited shipping is available for: (1) In-stock beachwear items (excluding limited-edition collections), (2) Orders placed before 12 PM EST, and (3) Most coastal destinations (excluding remote islands with limited carrier access). During summer rush periods, expedited options may be temporarily unavailable for certain styles.
Domestic Coastal Areas: 4-7 business days after processing
Domestic Inland Areas: 5-9 business days after processing
International Beach Destinations: 7-14 business days after processing
Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable once the carrier has collected your package. If we fail to meet our promised expedited timeframe due to processing errors, we'll refund the expedited fee while your beachwear continues its journey to you.
Tropical destinations may assess customs duties on swimwear imports. These fees are the customer's responsibility and vary by country. Unpaid customs fees resulting in returned packages will incur a $25 reprocessing fee plus actual reshipping costs to maintain our sustainable shipping practices.
We cannot guarantee delivery to remote island resorts or cruise ships due to inconsistent mail services. For destination weddings or tropical vacations, we recommend ordering well in advance and shipping to your home address before departure.
You'll receive tracking information via email once your package begins its journey. International tracking updates may pause during ocean transit but will resume when your package reaches its destination country.
